5. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the Services they select. Payment terms will be outlined in the individual contracts or invoices provided at the time of service agreement. Late payments may incur interest and could lead to suspension of Services.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital marketing and service-based work, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Clients may request to cancel ongoing services with [30/60] days' written notice, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and materials needed for successful campaign creation and execution. Sublim LLC is not responsible for delays or failures due to incomplete or inaccurate client-provided materials.

8. Intellectual Property

Any content created by Sublim LLC during the course of providing services to the client remains our intellectual property unless specifically transferred to the client under contract. This includes but is not limited to logos, ad copy, graphics, and strategy documentation.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all our clients. Any information shared with Sublim LLC will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sublim LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of data, or interruption of business.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sublim LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
